Quiche aux poireaux


Pour la pâte:
100 gr de farine de blé
50 gr de farine de blé complète
1 càs de poudre de curry
2 pincées de sel
1 càs d'huile de noix ou d'olive
7 cl d'eau chaude

Pour l'appareil:
1 gros oignon et un demi
2 gros poireaux
3 œufs
2 càs de farine
20 cl de lait de soja
sel et poivre
(crème soja 2 càs)


Faire une pâte à tarte et la laisser reposer une demie heure au frigo.
Faire revenir les oignons dans un peu d'huile et de sel;
Ajouter les poireaux coupés en dés et couvrer environ 20 mn.
Remuer puis ajouter la farine pour " sécher" , (la crème soja) assaisonner et réserver.
Étaler la pâte , la piquer à la fourchette et verser les poireaux sur la pâte;
Battre les œufs avec le lait , saler et poivrer puis verser sur les poireaux, mélanger le tout délicatement.
On peut aussi faire cette quiche avec du curcuma ou du curry .
Cuire au four pendant 35 mns à 180 degrés (jusqu'à ce que cela devienne légèrement doré).

the english corner : the leaf quiche
for the tart base:
100 gr of refined wheat cake flour
50 gr of whole wheat flour
1 egg
2 pinches of salt
1 soup spoon of nut oil or olive
curry powder
70 cc of hot water

for the preparation:
3 eggs
20 cl of soy milk
2 soup spoons of flour
3 soup spoons of fresh cream
salt and pepper


Prepare a tart base and reserve half an hour in the fridge.
Cook the oignons in a little bit of oil and salt ;
add the leafs then cover for about 20 mns.
Add then the flour to " dry the leafs" and the fresh cream , salt and pepper.
Put the base tart in a tart recipient and make small holes with a folk then put the preparation on top.
Mix the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper.
add it on the top and mix it gently.
Put in oven for 35 mns at 180 degrees until it becomes slightly gold.
You can also make this quiche with turmeric or curry.
