Muffins d'okara au matcha et myrtilles

"Que Dieu sauve les âmes des coupables aux mains sales, de ceux qui sont pressés d'en finir ;

The english corner:

2 pinch of salt
50 cc of canola oil or other

If you use dry blueberries first put them in water with a little lemon juice for 2 hours then take off the water and keep the fruits only.
Mix the different flours , the salt; the baking powder and the okara with your hands in a big bowl;
Mix energically the eggs and the sugar separately, then add them to the preparation with the oil and the soja milk ;
add the matcha and mix it well , then the blueberries.
Put it in muffins recipients only to the half and put it in a hot oven during 20 mn at 250 degrees.
Be careful those muffins should be made one day before serving otherwise they would be too dry.

Hello!

I came across your blog from Craigslist and I think it's really cool! I will be moving to Tokyo in July. I like film, and I make films with my writing partner, who will also be moving to Tokyo.

Hope to see you in Tokyo! :D
